Today my September post for MinervaCrafts Blogger Network (MCBN) is live on their website.
This month I made a dress with long sleeves using two patterns and a free download pattern for the sleeve. The project was a bit of a challenge due to the main fabric being a little see through. I ended up making a slip using a pattern from a book to protect my modesty.
Sewing Summary:
Pattern: Keilo wrap dress fom Named patterns
Fabric: 3 m of plum abstract single spun stretch jersey knit fabric and 2 m of dark purple light stretch lining fabric
Notions: none needed other than threads and tools to make the dress.
For more details please check out my post on MinervaCrafts blog here.
Disclaimer: I was sent the supplies free of charge in exchange for a review. The opinions in the post are my own and not influenced in any way by MinervaCrafts and/or the manufacturers.
The dress and the slip both look fabulous! Well done!! 🙂 And purple is definitely a gorgeous colour on you!
Thank you Emily.
